I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Brother and Sister Hanneman many times because their daughter Vi and I have been besties for several decades now. What a wonderful couple. Sweet and kind. No wonder I instantly connected with Vi. She is the best of the both of them.
RIP to both Brother and Sister Hannenan, and thank you for all your wonderful service.

David and the Hannemann Family were in the Redondo Ward in Redondo Beach California in the early 50's. They could really put on a great Luau for us Members. We formed great friendships in that Ward and had love for each other and lots of fun together as a true family growing up together. Until we meet on the other side, Aloha

We are saddened to hear of the passing of David Hannemann. We first knew him and Carolyn when they lived in our ward in Redondo Beach, Calif. When my family spent a month in Hawaii in 1964, Dave became our personal guide to the brand new Polynesian Cultural Center with the sit-on-the-ground pupu and invited us to the hukilau where I helped haul in the net. Again in 2006, he and Carolyn hosted us at their home and treated us to all the amazing events at the center. We have wonderful memories of this great man. Thanks for the tribute. Mike and Diane Gagon, St. George, Utah

Thank you for that awesome tribute to Uncle David. He truly was a PCC ambassador and cultural icon wherever he went. He loved everything Polynesia, and he represented all the Islands well. Rest in Aloha, David. We will miss you.
